Dress Shopping
I'm headed back to DC to go dress shopping next week. I definitely want to check out Hitched. Any other suggestions in the DC-MD-VA area? Any dress shopping tips in general?
Everyone says this, but try on all different types of dresses your first time because sometimes you'll be surprised at what you like. I tried on like 20 dresses my first time shopping and by the time I left I had a really good idea of what I wanted. I tried on a few dresses I saw in ads for priscilla of boston and liked how they looked in the ad more than on me! :)
Hannelore's and Le Star in Old Town Alexandria might be good stops. Hannelore's is very well known. Le Star is smaller, but still has an excellent selection.
